In-Home or Small Daycares:

It’s like a field trip—but we bring the fun to you!

This spring, summer, and early fall, book a binSpire Messy Play event to give the kids in your care an unforgettable, hands-on experience that’s fun, educational, and developmentally enriching.

Our 90-minute program (or until the kids are all played out) includes six kid-approved messy play activities set up right in your yard. Kids should come dressed in swimwear or play clothes that can handle a mess and bring a change of clothes for afterward.

All you need to provide is a safe, grassy area (preferred) and access to a hose hookup—we’ll take care of everything else!

Your staff will supervise the kiddos while our binSpire team keeps the stations refreshed, facilitates the activities, and—best of all—handles the cleanup. While a little residue may linger, we’ll do our best to leave your space as mess-free as possible!


"Small" daycares include daycares with 16 or fewer children that can all play together at the same time in one session.
(Travel fee may apply to locations more than 40 minutes from Anamosa, IA.)

$175 for 3-5 sessions booked at once

Daycare & Summer Program Sensory Experiences

Programs can book either a one-time sensory event, a multi-session series, or a summer partnership. On each scheduled date, classrooms rotate through outdoor sensory/messy play activities in:

  • 30-45-minute group sessions (per classroom/group)
  • 5-minute resets between groups
  • Back-to-back groups are scheduled at the same location
  • All materials, setup, facilitation, and cleanup included
  • Programming planned by an early childhood educator and facilitated by trained staff

  • 🌱 Option 1: One-Time Sensory Event

    A one-date outdoor sensory/messy play event for your program, run class-by-class.

    Includes

    • 1 scheduled event date
    • Outdoor sensory/messy play activities
    • 30-45-minute group sessions per classroom/group + 5-minute resets
    • All materials + full cleanup included

      Requirements
    • Outdoor grass space suitable for messy play
    • Water hookup access
    • Children should wear play clothes or swimwear and have a change of clothes available

      Weather note
    • Sessions proceed in light rain or slightly cool temperatures
    • Event is rescheduled only if weather is unsafe

  • 🌿 Option 2: Sensory Series (3–5 dates)

    A multi-visit option for programs that want consistent enrichment with minimal staff planning.

    Includes

    • 3–5 scheduled event dates
    • Each date runs class-by-class using:
      30-45-minute group sessions
      5-minute resets

    • Same core sensory stations each visit (consistent format)
    • Small updates each visit to maintain engagement
    • All materials + full cleanup included

      Requirements
    • Outdoor grass space suitable for messy play
    • Water hookup access
    • Children should wear play clothes or swimwear and have a change of clothes available

      Weather note
    • Sessions proceed in light rain or slightly cool temperatures
    • Dates are rescheduled only if weather is unsafe

  • 🌞 Option 3: Summer Program Partner (6+ dates)

    A priority summer option with consistent scheduling and a weather-proof backup plan.

    Includes

    • 6+ scheduled event dates (weekly or biweekly)
    • Each date runs class-by-class using:
      30-45-minute group sessions
      5-minute resets

    • Outdoor sensory/messy play as the primary format
    • Indoor backup plan used only if weather is unsafe (schedule stays consistent)
    • All materials + full cleanup included
    • Priority scheduling + locked-in dates

      Requirements
    • Outdoor grass space + water hookup access
    • Indoor backup space available when needed
    • Children should wear play clothes or swimwear and have a change of clothes available

Group Size Guidelines (for planning rotations)

  • Toddlers (1–2): up to 12 per group session
  • Preschool (3–5): up to 18–20 per group session
  • School-age: up to 12–15 per group session

Larger groups can be split into additional back-to-back sessions.

    • $195 base event fee (minimum booking)
      Includes one 45-minute group session

    • +$95 per additional group session/classroom

  • 🌿 Sensory Series (3–5 dates)

    • $175 base event fee per visit
      Includes one 45-minute group session
    • +$95 per additional group session/classroom


    Series pricing requires booking all 3–5 sessions at the time of scheduling. Base fees for all sessions are due at booking to qualify.

  • 🌞 Summer Program Partner (6+ dates)

    • $165 base event fee per visit
      Includes one 45-minute group session
    • +$95 per additional group session/classroom


    Partner pricing requires booking all 6+ weekly or biweekly sessions at the time of scheduling. Base fees for all sessions are due at booking to qualify.

Service Area / Travel Policy

  • Travel is included for programs located within 40 minutes of Anamosa, IA
  • For locations outside that radius, a travel fee may apply (quoted in advance)

Multi-site partnerships: Partnership pricing can include multiple program locations. Travel policy applies per site.
