Descriptions of Options and Add-Ons

Party Options:

  • Sensory Bin Rental: 3 sensory bins will be dropped off to you (either at your house or party venue depending on the timing, etc.) to utilize for the day of the party. This is not a staffed option. A binSpire staff member will then retrieve the bins from you after the party is over / at the end of the day. Contact hanna@binspirellc.com for information on drop off & pick up and to request customizations for your bins. This option is not suitable for children under 3 years old. You are responsible for keeping track of the pieces and returning the bin in good condition. 

  • "Potions" Activity (1hr): A binSpire staff member will arrive 30 minutes prior to booked time slot to set 'potion' mixing ingredients, including 'magic' fizzy options. The staff member will lead the activity with the participants (Max of 15, may need to play in shifts) for up to 1 hour. The staff member will take care of clean up. All materials will be returned to binSpire, children will not take home a keepsake from this activity.

  • Finger Paint on Canvas (1hr): A binSpire staff member will arrive 30 minutes prior to booked time slot to set up finger paint and canvas stations. The staff member will lead the activity with the participants (Max of 15, may need to do the activity in shifts) for up to 1 hour. The staff member will take care of clean up. Children will get to take their small canvas home as a keepsake. 

  • Wood & Wire Sculpture Activity (1hr): A binSpire staff member will arrive 30 minutes prior to booked time slot to set up a wood and wire craft station. It will include a sturdy wire pre-set into a block of wood, beads to thread on the wire, and paint to add color to their sculpture. The staff member will lead the activity with the participants (Max of 15, may need to do the activity in shifts) for up to 1 hour. The staff member will take care of clean up. Children will get to take their sculpture home as a keepsake. 

  • Messy Play Event (90 min) Outdoor Only: A binSpire staff member will arrive 30 minutes prior to booked time slot to set up 6 MESSY outdoor activities. The staff member will monitor the activities to refresh them and keep on top of the mess for up to 90 minutes (for up to 15 participants). The staff member will clean up to the best of abilities when finished. All materials will be returned to binSpire, children will not take home a keepsake from this activity. Please note this is an outdoor only activity for spring/summer/fall weather. Host is responsible for notifying participants ahead of time to wear clothing or swimwear that can get messy and to bring a change of clothes. 

Add-Ons

  • Party Favors! Handmade Play Dough: A small jar of fresh handmade play dough for each party-goer to take home with them at the end of the party! (Hanna will reach out for specifics on colors, etc.)
  • Sensory Bin for Birthday Kid!: Get a sensory bin at a discount for the birthday child as a thank you for booking a party service! Save $5 on up to 2 sensory bins as well as get it delivered straight to your party by adding it on here. Hanna will contact you to know which theme(s) you'd like. 
  • Kids' Table and Chairs (Seats 8) Rental During Event Activity: If you select this option, the binSpire staff member will bring a children's table that seats 8 children along with 8 child-sized folding chairs to use during for event activity. Please note, this will be used for the activity chosen and will be disassembled and removed from the venue following the activity. 
  • Children's Aprons Rental (8 aprons) for use during event activity: If you select this option, the binSpire staff will bring along 8 children's-sized aprons to help protect their clothes during the chosen activity. The aprons will be returned to binSpire following the activity. 
  • Bin rental add-on during event: Add on up to 3 sensory bin rentals for use during your chosen event service. binSpire will retain all materials following the event service. Hanna will contact you about specific themes.
